Hi there, I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m Diana, the Pham in Let’s Glow Pham! ✨ I’m an integrative women’s health coach with a passion for empowering women to see their menstrual cycle not as a limitation, but as a source of incredible strength and untapped potential.
I believe that a woman who understands herself is an unstoppable force.
Through education, movement, nutrition, and self-care, I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, embrace their natural rhythms, and unlock the energy, confidence, and purpose that’s been within them all along.
When a woman understands her body, her emotions, and her unique rhythms, she transforms. She moves through the world with balance and ease, knowing when to rest and when to rise, when to push forward and when to reflect. She learns to listen to her body, honor her intuition, and thrive in alignment with her true self.
Join me as I take you on a wild ride through my own adventures with menstruation, PMS struggles, hormonal birth control, ditching toxins, and discovering the absolute magic of cyclical living. 🌙✨
So… how did I get here, you ask? Let's rewind and dive into the moments (and messy lessons) that brought me to this incredible space of helping women thrive in harmony with their bodies.
Ready to hear the story? Let’s glow!

Chapter 1
Welcome to Womanhood
I was a late bloomer—skinny, flat-chested, and sixteen when I finally got my first period. My bleed was short, sweet, and symptom-free. Honestly? I felt lucky. While my friends were curled up in bed with cramps and cravings, I couldn’t relate. I breezed through high school thinking I had dodged the hormonal chaos.
Then came college, cocktails, and cystic acne—painful, deep, and unrelenting. My back ached, my boobs were tender, and I didn’t feel like me. That’s when I went to the doctor, hoping for answers. Instead, I got a prescription.

Chapter 2
The Pill, The Hustle, and the Disconnect
I started birth control pills, then switched to an IUD rod—"fewer hormones," they said. But my cycle vanished. I’d go months without bleeding, then spot endlessly. I felt off. My body was talking, and no one had taught me how to listen.
At the same time, I was deep in hustle mode: full-time student, full-time worker, part-time party girl. I graduated, traveled Asia, and then jumped into my teaching career. I found joy in the classroom—and in movement. Yoga grounded me. I saw the magic of breathwork and movement in my students. I got certified (200hr YTT), created kids’ yoga programs, and even combined it with beach cleanups. My heart was full. My skin? Still a mess.

Chapter 3
When Life Turned Upside Down
Then… the world shut down.
Teaching went hybrid, and I started to unravel. The joy I once felt was buried under exhaustion and routine. I was stuck on autopilot—living for the weekend, wondering if this was all life had to offer.
In early 2021, I experienced something no one ever thinks will touch their own life. One of my girlfriend died in a murder-suicide—something you only hear about in the news, never imagine you’ll be forced to live through. My soul was shattered. It woke me up. I knew I couldn’t keep living like this. But I also knew I’d made a commitment to my students, and I was going to see it through—even as my heart drifted toward something deeper, something unknown.
Then, just weeks before the school year ended, my world cracked wide open again. My dad got into a fiery accident with his 18-wheeler and passed away—burned to death in the exact way he’d always said was his worst fear. We had a complicated relationship, but we had just begun to heal, to talk, to reconnect. And then—gone. Along with the grieving, his wife’s family treated me with cruelty and exclusion.
That summer, I booked a one way flight to Hawaii. I needed to breathe. I needed space. I reconnected with family—and for the first time in my life, I reconnected with me. No one to take care of. No classroom to lead. No relationship to tend to. Just silence, waves, and truth. It was terrifying. It was liberating.
And somewhere in all that heartbreak, I made a decision:
I wasn’t going back to the old version of my life. I was going to build something new—something rooted in truth, in healing, in me.

Chapter 4
Survival Mode to Super Power
I left a long term relationship. I traveled for several months. I moved to Hawaii on my own. For the first time ever, I was alone. It was quiet, and sometimes lonely—but it was sacred.
I swam, danced, hiked, partied, and soaked up the sun. My heart was healing, but my skin did not. So I cut out alcohol, ate a cleaner diet, thinking that would help. Spoiler alert: it got worse.
I noticed the breakouts were cyclical. They flared up right before my period. I started tracking. I started learning. And what I discovered made me furious—why hadn’t anyone taught us this? I was 30 years old, just now understanding how my body worked.
So I went all in. I got certified as a women’s health coach. I devoured every study, every book, every podcast I could find. I learned what we were never taught. And I started healing.

Chapter 5
Glow Baby Glow
Today, I’m still on the journey—but I’ve gone from surviving my cycle to thriving in it.
My 23-day cycle is now a balanced 27 days. The painful breakouts? Replaced with just a few “hey girl” pimples during my luteal phase. I’ve learned to eat, move, and rest with my cycle—not against it.
And now, I help other women do the same.
Because healing isn’t just about skin or cramps—it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s about reclaiming the parts of us that were silenced, shamed, or ignored. It’s about recognizing that our cycle is not the enemy—it’s our superpower.
Through cyclical living, food as medicine, movement as therapy, and radical self-care, we glow from the inside out.
I see a future where women are deeply connected to their bodies. Where periods aren’t whispered about—they’re celebrated. Where hormone health is normalized, supported, and honored.
This is the glow-up we’ve been waiting for.
And it starts with you.
You’re not alone in this—I’m walking this path with you.
Together, we’re rewriting the story.
One cycle, one choice, one powerful step at a time.
Let’s glow, baby.

Let’s work together.
